These are all designer wear products and we get them made each time we receive an order. Additionally, we do two rounds of quality check before we ship the garment. That's why we take a buffer of 2-2.5 weeks to deliver.

Shipping to India is Free.
We offer worldwide shipping across our website. Shipping outside India is a flat fee of $20 on the order, regardless of the number of products you have in a single order.
You could choose from the list of currencies listed with us, by clicking on the currency symbol ($) on top right corner of the page. In case the currency you are looking for, is not there, you could proceed with your order in USD.
In case you want to change the currency you are viewing your products in, you could go to the top right corner of the page and click on the currency symbol ($). Choose from a list of currencies listed with us.
You can use your international card while checking out , even if the address is in India. You can get your order shipped to India, while paying with an International Card.
We will be glad to customize the garment for you. Please choose a standard size closest to your measurement and checkout with your order. On the order confirmation page there is a box that says "add a message"; write your exact measurements there and we will customise the piece for you according to your measurements.
The size and measurements are shared on the item details column on the product page. We can customise your product to the maximum size listed with us. However, in case of a special request you can get in touch with us on hello@thesecretlabel.com and we can assist you.
Yes, we can help you out with a change in payment method. You can write in to us at hello@thesecretlabel.com and we will be happy to help you with this.

- Enter your registered e-mail id and you will receive a link to reset your password in your mailbox
- We will mail you the new password. You may reset it by clicking on the Change Password link in the mail
We regret the inconvenience caused. The deducted amount shall be refunded to you within 7-10 working days. If the amount is not refunded to you within these timelines, please contact our customer service via email at hello@thesecretlabel.com
You are free to cancel your order within 24hrs of placing the order with us.
For all cancellations, we will initiate the refund to your bank within 24 hours of receiving the cancellation request. Typical timelines for your bank to reflect the refund in your account is within 7-10 business days. Please follow up directly with the bank once we have processed the refund.
You can get in touch with us via email and drop in the updated/changed address within 48hrs of placing the order and our team shall change it for you.
For all exchange requests, kindly drop us an email at exchange@thesecretlabel.com along with your order ID and the issue you are facing and the team will get back to you within 24-48 hours.
We offer a size exchange to all our customers at no additional cost. Exchange of a product is done free of cost.
We use secure payment gateways for our Domestic and International payments. Credit/Debit cards, Net-banking, EMI, Wallets and UPI. Rupay, VISA, MasterCard and AMEX cards are supported. All your information is secure and safe and you could choose any of these modes for easy payment on our website.
If you like a product, but your size is unavailable for that product, you can get in touch with us at hello@thesecretlable.com with the SKU code and your measurements and we will help you with the availability.
All our products are handcrafted by craftsmen in India, resulting in each product being unique and slightly different from each other. The dyes and colours are mixed and applied each time we receive an order and hence there could be a slight difference in colour or print of the product from the image you see.
You can view fabric, wash and care instructions for each product on the product page to the right of the image under the “Item Details” column.
