  • Tell us something about your brand?

    The Khadi cult came into existence to make the golden fabric of India – Khadi youth appealing and quirky. The idea is to revive khadi in the most youth centric way possible and making it the most wearable fabric domestically as well as globally. We are in the market since 1.5 years and we love connecting with our clients who are our biggest endorsers and family. We believe in making every garment unique for every single individual who choses to wear our creations. We hope to bring out the sentimental value attached to khadi in the most voguish way possible.

  • What would you have been doing if you didn’t get into designing?

    I would be handling my family business but still be part of something creative side by side.

  • One fashion mistake that most men and women make?

    Women can get too conscious about how they look. There are clothes for every type of body so don’t try to fit into clothes; wear clothes that fit you. Men have reservations about particular colours and vibrancy. I believe that fashion does not have a particular gender. Colours, prints, cuts could be universal and not specifically centric. So, there is nothing wrong in trying something new and different. Experimenting is the key.

  • If you could save only 1 piece of clothing from your wardrobe, what would that be and why?

    My LBD. It’s a classic and you can never go wrong with it. Moreover it can be styled in the most varied ways possible.
